- RN delegation and oversight for community
- Medication cart spot-check audits
- Online training and continuing education via Education Through Engagement
- RN assessment of new residents to determine eligibility for RN delegation
- Training for licensed nurses to provide training with RN verification
- All training materials, tests, and check-offs. (These may not be used outside of a contract with this RN)
- RN review and sign-off on service plans as needed
- 24/7 availability for Administrators, Wellness Directors, and Case Managers for questions regarding regulations, patient appropriate placement, incident interventions, and general support
- RN assistance in resident “aging in place” requests
- State preparedness questions for care teams with each visit
- RN Delegation medication administration training classes on-line or in-person that promise to engage your care team to full understanding. Provided by Engagement Through Education.
- 24/7 RN triaging services when the licensed nurse is not in the building. This service covers PRN medication requests, requests to move a resident who has fallen, and/or instructions to call 911
RNDA
- Initial RN patient assessment per state regulations
- Subsequent patient assessments if the patient is unstable or has a significant change of condition
- All training materials, tests, and check-offs, which may not be used outside of a contract with this RN
SERVICES INCLUDED IN ON-BOARDING AND ANNUAL VISIT
These services are billed annually and upon new admissions.
Services for on-boarding and an annual visit include:
- Initial RN assessment of all residents to determine eligibility for RN delegation under state regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation of assessments on state or community form annually
- Classification into self-medication, ability to request PRN medication, and unable to request PRN medication
