Stephanie Berman, RN, MSN, CALM, Nurse Delegate
After losing a loved one to a medication error Stephanie decided to turn to education and RN delegation to support care team members and families in assisted living communities and at home.
She created RNDA with one goal: to partner with companies and care team members to ensure they provide residents and families with the highest quality of care. With our nurses’ support and supervision, care team members are educated and empowered to provide an elevated level of care.
Our nurses seek to build lasting, trusting relationships with their clients. We intend to be the rock that supports constantly changing care teams, providing stability and consistent education to existing and new care team members alike.
We recognize that not everyone’s needs are the same. Contact us to set up an interview and evaluation to determine if RN delegation is a good fit for you and your care team.

Ms. Berman has been a welcomed addition to the Liana team through her consultant work with the community. Her knowledge of the state regulations of Assisted Living Care and Hospice in Texas is unmatched. She provides delegation services and training to all staff members and they are empowered to do the job well after being taught by Mrs. Berman. Her dedication to the people she serves is truly amazing. The Liana looks forward to a long working relationship as we all provide services to the senior population now and into the future.
